The applicants may earn their
on-line MS degree in Banking and Finance in two ways:

Courses plus
thesis, or

Courses plus
term paper
MS in Banking and Finance (seven
courses plus thesis)
This option for earning an MS degree
in Banking and Finance requires four core courses plus
three elective courses and a master’s thesis. This
program is suitable for people who aim to develop one
area of specialization beyond the core curriculum.
The four core courses are: BANK 501
(Asset and Liability Management), FINA 503
(Investments), FINA 517 (Corporate Finance) and FINA 521
(Investment Appraisal). In addition, the graduate
student must complete a further three electives courses.
The MS thesis is completed in conjunction with on-line
Seminar in Banking and Finance.
MS in Banking and Finance (ten
courses plus term paper)
This option for earning the MS degree
in Banking and Finance consists of successfully
completing the four core courses plus the completion of
a further six elective courses and a term paper. The
core curriculum consists of the same four courses as the
thesis option: BANK 501 (Asset and Liability
Management), FINA 503(Investments), FINA 517 (Corporate
Finance) and FINA 521 (Investment Appraisal).This
program is designed for individuals who wish to develop
two areas of specialization beyond the core curriculum.
